Ensembles

The West Point Band’s field music group, The Hellcats, is comprised of bugles, piccolos, and drums, and serves as a showpiece for the United States Army and the United States Military Academy.

Comprised of graduates from America’s finest music schools, the West Point Concert Band is a versatile ensemble that continues to entertain and inspire audiences through innovative programming and world-class performance  in concert and ceremonial settings.

Founded in 1817, the West Point Band is the Army’s oldest continuously serving active duty band, tracing its roots to the Revolutionary War.

The West Point Brass Quintet is the primary ceremonial chamber ensemble of the Army’s oldest musical organization, the West Point Band.

Dedicated to their craft and their country, the active-duty Soldiers of the West Point Band’s Benny Havens Band perform all styles of popular music to honor our veterans and servicemembers, engage the American public on behalf of the Academy and the U.S. Army, and inspire the Corps of Cadets and the Long Gray Line.
